Giengen Large Teddy Bear 1906 Grey Replica (42 cm/16″) – Steiff – Year 1985 – EAN 0167/42

Description

This is the large Giengen Teddy Bear Replica 1906, handmade in Germany by Steiff in year 1985. Knopf im Ohr (button-in-ear) trademark and yellow tag. This sweet bear is made of rich, very light grey mohair of finest quality, white felt paw pads, black stitched nose and black shoe-button eyes. He is fully jointed and measures 42 cm / 16 inches. He comes in excellent condition except for a little hole in the felt on the right hand paw pad (which has been there since I bought him from Germany in the early 2000s. See picture in gallery). EAN 0167/42.

This is a rather rare bear on the secondary market. He has been living in a non-smoking environment, and is now looking for a new loving home! As he has never left his little brother out of sight, he wishes most of all to be adopted together with him! ❤
