Teddy Bear Replica 1922. Hand made by German manufacturer Steiff in a limited edition of 5,000 pieces in year 2001. This is No. 03890. White/black tag and button in ear (Knopf im Ohr). Paper tag on chest. EAN 406898.

This lovely teddy bear is made of short white mohair of finest quality. He has black shoe-button eyes and black stitched nose and claws, a working growler. He is fully jointed, and measures 35 cm / 14 inches. Like the original bear, this Teddy also has particularly noticeable round ears. He is put together by hand, and is stuffed with wood shavings. He comes in perfect condition with all tags, certificate and original box (the box has two minor damages, one small hole on the side – ca 1cm / 0.04″ – and a tear – ca 3cm / 1.10″ – in one of the corners). He has had only one grown up owner and has been living in a non-smoking environment.
