This is Felicity! The name means “hope, happiness and good luck” and is derived from the Latin word felicitas, which means “luck, good fortune”. When you look at this little darling baby you get the meaning instantly! Felicity was handmade in a limited edition – or OOAK edition – during the first decade of the 2000s, by American teddy bear artist Cindy McGuire for China Cupboard Bears. Felicity is made of finest light pink mohair with a white bottom. She has a large head compared to her body, and a very large hand-stitched nose, which I find absolutely adorable. I believe she could be said to belong to the Japanese anime tradition in style, with her over-exaggerated head compared to other body parts. She has black button eyes and paw pads made of felt, one foot pad is signed by Cindy. Felicity wears a vintage little baby bonnet and a pair of undies, both knitted in a pale mint green colour. She also has a little rose bud in her “hair”. Felicity measures approx. 22 cm / 9″ (seated) and she comes in perfect condition.

Felicity has been living in a non-smoking environment and is now looking for a new loving home!
